Animated explainer video for Global Citizen Festival

On December 2nd the charity Global Citizen hosted a festival in Johannesburg to commemorate the 100th birthday of Nelson Mandela. At the event they would be talking to people about the UN's global goals, 17 goals agreed by World Leaders to meet, in order to end poverty by 2030.

Global Citizen commissioned Alchemy to create an introductory video to be played at the event that would introduce and explain each goal. The resulting video uses animation to tell the story of each goal and give people the relevant context as to how they can play a part in achieving it.
